KNZ Law is excited to announce that Dustin Zacks’ recently published article, Robo-Litigation, discussing ethical practices of high volume foreclosure law firms – which appears in the Top 100 ranked Cleveland State Law Review – has been highlighted on the influential Concurring Opinions Blog.

Professor Frank Pasquale of the Seton Hall University School of Law – who has published over 20 scholarly articles and has been featured in the New York Times, the Financial Times, The Economist, and other media outlets – called Zacks’ article a “fascinating” look at “the role of ‘foreclosure mills’ in bringing a more corporate, bottom-line mentality to legal practice.”
