Rick has spent his career specializing exclusively in the representation of public employees. Rick served as in house counsel representing police officers in all labor and employment matters including arbitrations, administrative hearings, court appearances, depositions and internal affairs interrogations. His aggressive style has produced tremendous results significantly protecting the rights of public safety officers throughout Palm Beach County.
Previously, Rick served for 19 years with the West Palm Beach Police Department where he held several positions, including an assignment to the United States Drug Enforcement Administration’s Task Force. Rick rose to the rank of Lieutenant in the Criminal Investigations Division before retiring in 2008. Rick’s police experience provides a tremendous advantage to his clients charged with violations of Florida and/or Federal laws.
