Dustin Zacks' New Attorney Ethics Article Published in Top 100 Law Review

King, Nieves & Zacks is pleased to announce that Dustin Zacks' latest work, regarding troubling ethical practices allegedly perpetrated by various high volume foreclosure law firms, has been published in the Cleveland State Law Review, ranked among the top 100 flagship law reviews in the nation by Washington & Lee University. Dustin's previously published research has been cited by the Supreme Court of the State of Washington, by law professors at the University of California-Berkeley and the University of California-Davis, and he has lectured attorneys nationwide about foreclosure-related litigation issues.

The new essay, entitled Robo-Litigation, can be downloaded by clicking here. The article describes how lender-driven demand for increased speed and decreased costs in foreclosure litigation led to a host of questionable practices among foreclosure law firms.  While many academic and popular press articles describe the role of banks and servicers themselves in robo-signing and other ethical issues within the foreclosure process, Dustin's new essay is the first scholarly account of the newly presented problems of high volume foreclosure law firms.
